What did you like about the Rough Country online buying experience?

When I opened the running boards that we had purchased, 5 of the arrow treads were missing on one of the boards.
I called customer service and they said they would send the missing arrows out.
I received the 5 arrow treads plus and extra 5.
Boards were easy to install & arrow treads easy to put on.
No complaints.

All went well with the install, however I needed to McGiver the large wiring harness connector which the step wouldn’t allow to fit in its original location.
