The site was easy to navigate and customer service was fantastic! The only question I have, which doesn't change my experience is in regards to the length of my power steps. I noticed that they seemed short on my vehicle, so I could have potentially selected the wrong ones, or that's just how they're made. But, my experience with the site, customer service, and ordering process was great!!

Our 3.5” lift kit came with clear, step-by-step instructions that made the installation simple. There were also several YouTube videos detailing each of the steps for the exact kit being installed on the same model truck which provided even more clarity and comfort for a guy who doesn’t install lift kits on vehicles frequently. The truck looks and rides amazing.
