Honestly the customer service after the product showed up damaged. It was for a VERY good customer of our dealership and Richard in customer service helped me handle like a breeze. New part has already been shipped out so by the time my customer gets back from Europe, we will have the new Bull Bar installed for him and ready to go. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS STILL EVERYTHING and you guys (and RIchard) nailed it!
