Had a good experience on my first order a month or so ago for some off road lighting so I decided to order a new low profile bed cover from Rough Country. I ordered it on line after calling to verify that it was in stock. The gentleman I talked to was very nice and verified one was ready to ship. Other on line stores won’t even answer calls! So far i have not liked anything from Rough Country. I placed my order a few weeks ago and on my 1st order i got 2 right hand side upper control arms for my truck. Got with Customer Support they had the " Left Hand side Arm" shipped to me and when i got it is for a different make truck not for my truck.
The product was exactly what I wanted and came when it was expected. Good job !
