Reasonable prices, prompt shipping and GREAT customer service from Jason Adams!! Product arrived damaged, called customer service, Jason answered the phone. It was great to talk to a person who knew and understood the issues and the process of your industry. He even asked for photos of the damage caused by poor packaging to show and prevent future damage, which not only benefits the consumer but also a huge savings for rough country as a company. It’s nice to talk to someone who actually cares about the products you sell and the service you provide!
