I ordered my first RC item through Amazon (I had a large credit to use). This was my first time to order, it was a tri fold cover for my 2024 Tacoma. It came in BEFORE the estimated delivery date. I installed the cover then began looking at some other items on the RC website direct and decided to purchase front and rear shackles and a skid plate. I ordered, then afterward set up an account. I didn't realize that the order was placed through a different email address than the one I used to set up the account so I didn't get a confirmation. When I called, a LIVE person answered. It was Trevor, and he found the order, emailed me the number and corrected my user ID email address. He was friendly, professional, and very helpful. Great experience. I am noticing a slight whistling sound at 40-50 mph since I've installed the shackles and skid plates, any suggestions???
