The buying process was quick and easy. The step rails fit my husband's truck perfectly. The only negative I found was that they were not packed very well, which caused them to scratch each other during the shipping process, but it was not noticeable enough to make a difference for us!
First name removed online buying experience was great. First name removed product is great as well. However, First name removed delivery system was not, which is not rough country’s fault. I would definitely recommend not using FedEx as a means to transport and would recommend UPS or DHL for transport. Even though there are large company discounts, I almost tempted not purchasing from rough country again until this changed because of how chaotic First name removed delivery process was and how much FedEx gave such a hard time even attempting to deliver First name removed package in a timely manner. Just a recommendation! Thank you for my husbands bed cover, he was a kid in a candy store and absolutely loved it
