I encountered an issue with the packaging of the side steps. It appeared as if they were individually boxed, and when I pulled one out, it came out too quickly, resulting in some damage to the side from hitting the surface. It's unfortunate; I suggest considering a label or some indication on the box to clarify this. Despite this issue, I love the side steps overall!

I’ve bought a lot from Rough Country in the last few months and the experience has been wonderful. I’ve bought a rack for the bed of my truck, a 3.5” suspension lift, all weather floor mats, seat covers and the high mount brackets for an awning. Rough Country has shipped quickly and provided tracking information well. The products have all been great, with only minor issues in application owing to my truck being a little less than standard and it being the first year of the new generation Tacoma.
I’ll definitely be a Rough Country customer again.

Your site is well laid out and offered the information I needed to feel comfortable ordering the bed cover. The instructions could be made simpler with better illustrations, yet we were able to install what looks and works as we had hoped. We haven't had any rain yet so I can't speak to weather proofing but we remain hopeful.
