Loved the online experience and ease of shopping with my 2024 Toyota Tacoma once I entered my truck specifics.
Online installation vides (Gaston and Carl?) were extremely helpful. However, you need to update the '24 Tacoma Hard Roll-up Bed Cover installation to update the change in clamp hardware! After having viewed the install video 20 x's, to receive the roll-up cover with the new aluminum billet was to say a surprise!
I was initially stymied and the staff at Rough Country were helpful in trying to help me trouble-shoot the install. Wasn't until my wife volunteered to help "thread" the bolts into the clamp that I was able to successfully install the new hard roll-up bed cover.
All-in-all, overall satisfaction was 9 due to the misinformation on the install procedure. That said, I do Love the cover and the cargo storage box I ordered.

While I did like the top ordered, there were no instructions for the foam weather stripping installation. As a result, there is some water intrusion at the bed bulk head.
