You're merchandise is good and you're customer service rep's are very good but the the chat bot is a problem. I was in chatbot and I somehow got shunted into this site called just answer. This girl in just answer asked me a bunch of questions which I answered thinking I was talking with a mechanic from chat bot. Anyway I got charged for some kind of service where you get advice from mechanics. Then I ended up on the appreciation page and they wanted a tip, according to how well you liked the answer. That's when I realized they weren't part of rough country. They sort of surprised me because chatbot had me on hold waiting for a sales rep from rough country. They called them mechanics.
