a part was missing from my maverick hood strut kit, on calling they said they would send me a bracket, 3 days later i got a whole new kit delivered, it was missing the same bracket, i called again and they said they would send me a bracket and did not want the second kit back, 3 days later i got the correct bracket in delivered, i think they should check their stock of this kit to get them right. the kit fit fine.

At this juncture, I would highly recommend the Rough Country purchase experience and also installation experience on the tri-fold hard tonneau cover. I have only had the cover installed for a couple of days so I will return with a review on the durability of the tonneau cover.

Easy and fast shipping. Very accurate description and install videos were good. Item came with installation instructions and only took about 20 mins to install and it’s a great product so far. I like how easy it is to take on and off if needed. The only thing I can see as a downfall for the bed cover is the clamps is made of plastic instead of steel or even aluminum. For the price I’m happy with it.

Very sturdy running boards, good packaging for shipping, easy mounting instructions and fast shipping.
They were handled pretty rough by the carrier, the bracket box had one of the brackets busting through and some of the powder coating was scratched.
There were some small scratches in the powder coating on the running boards as well. Some black touch up paint corrected that problem.
Overall, a great company to work with.
