so...overall, very happy. although i've only installed the rear so far. i would make a couple suggestions . kinda wish the person i spoke to mentioned the dust cover boots. i would have bought them. also, add the torque specs for everything that comes in the kit. and last, i don't believe you sell these, but maybe mention a replacement bushing kit to replace the ones on parts that are being removed. tie rod ends, sway bar, ect. even though i would rate this as a 10 out of 10, those couple of things would have really set the customer service experience through the roof. i guess if i'm giving you a "10", there really isn't an incentive. either way, i love it. thanks
From the get go this was an exceptional experience. I had a question and concern minutes after my online purchase and was greeted on the phone by a true professional. They were knowledgeable and knew how to handle the situation without having to put me on hold, ask someone else, get approval. I was told I would have to call back though but was again please to receive a call saying they had followed up on their own and rectified my issue. Their call was just to let me know and save me from having to call back and possibly getting someone else that didn't know the situation. Earned my business and respect. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company!!!

The web site for the most part was easy to navigate and order from. My only problem was that I have 2 trucks of different years and I has having trouble getting the web site to change years and show me parts for the second truck. It kept directing me back to parts for the first year of truck.
