We had an issue with our propane direct hot water heater. Thinking perhaps that the gauge had failed (showing 55 gallons in a 120 gallon tank) and I was en route to our property we contacted Kamps to quickly refill our tank. We were able to top off the tank, troubleshoot the issue and give our tenants hot water. Very thankful for their help.

Hello, the delivery driver (Brian) was very polite and friendly. He completed the house tank refill with ease. The online portal was easy to navigate.
I do have one concern with the online scheduling. Although it indicated that I would be texted with confirmation of a delivery date, I did not receive an email or text regarding my delivery date and expected window of time.
They came out with in an hour after I reported a propane take. Very prompt and courteous.

We hadn't checked the tank and are happy that you were checking it and brought propane.
The only thing we suggest is that we are made aware that you are coming to fill the tank so that our vehicle is not in the way, if i hadn't been up and saw the truck they would have left, or maybe the driver can ring the door bell and make us aware that he is here and please move our vehicle.

They monitor the balance of propane, show up, fill the tank up and leave without issues.
Historically, Kamps has not had deceptive business practices as found in other local propane providers.
Kamps has been helpful in recommending ways to reduce propane use.
The only complaint that I have is that it is sometimes difficult to get anyone on the phone to request a refill.
The price is better than previous company I used.
