The office staff and delivery drivers are exceptionally friendly, courteous and helpful! I really appreciate dealing with them. We have a gate and dogs, and they are always patient and call ahead to let me know they are coming. And they respond to my request for a delivery very quickly!
I have been with Kamps for years. I like the fact that I can automatically pay monthly (with a little discount). Whenever I needed service (for a problem), I was immediately helped by really good and friendly employees - both at the office and in the field.
I rarely need to reach out to Kamps to have propane refilled. they come, they fill, they leave, we get billed a fair rate and everything always works out great.

The rep was courteous by texting and calling if it would be ok to come fill our tank since we have a dog and is sometimes outside. I really appreciate that wonderful customer service as we used to have problems with no communication they were coming in the past after calling a couple of times about the fact that we have a dog and could get out.
Always show up when the propane tank is low. Much better prices compared with other companies that serve our area.
