They monitor the balance of propane, show up, fill the tank up and leave without issues.
Historically, Kamps has not had deceptive business practices as found in other local propane providers.
Kamps has been helpful in recommending ways to reduce propane use.
The only complaint that I have is that it is sometimes difficult to get anyone on the phone to request a refill.

I have been with them for 23 years and never had a problem. Always come fill my tank when I call in late. Propane is good quality. Other propane doesn’t seem to last as long. Staff is friendly and very helpful.
I like that my driver John doesn't let me run out of propane and schedules a refill when the prices are more affordable because he knows about my home and family. Always courteous and kind thank you.
I really appreciate the program and not needing to monitor my propane usage and call in for a delivery. The driver is respectful and efficient at handling the fill.
You do not outsource to foreign countries for call center, your staff is knowledgeable and delivers when they say they will. Dave went above and beyond to make sure we were good on propane and made sure my 82 year old veteran dad had what he needed he was training a new guy who was professional and kind, they deserve some recognition. The customer service is outstanding! Easily reachable. Have made a house call when needed. The driver's are super friendly, responsible, respectful when calling to put our dogs away.
I needed a fill prior to guests staying with me for a week. I didn't hear back then.....there's the propane truck filling my tank. That is fabulous customer service and very appreciated. When I get that type of service, I don't need to be notified. Thank you!!!
