Technicians (Andres and Alexis) were thorough, knowledgeable, and professional. I should have switched from Western Exterminators sooner. Their service has been abysmal and their corporate response is even worse. They cancelled on me 2-3 times for unknown reasons.

A few days ago, I was somewhat disappointed with my service. I contacted Branch Manager Danny Gaskell and explained my situation to him. He assured me that they would come out and re-do my service. Danny himself came out in 2 days and re-serviced our home. Now that's what I call Customer Service. I was very impressed and extremely satisfied!
