We receive are services quarterly. The office contacts us with text messages and emails to let us know when the Technician will be arriving. The Technician will also call to let us know of his arrival. HomeShield Technicians are very professional, thorough, and friendly. They listen to our concerns of rodents, mosquitos, and ants. They explain how they may enter. They provide an explanation of products used and service details. I appreciate that they use chemicals that are safe for our environment. They make recommendations and confirm their services before using the any kind of products. I will definitely continue to use them.

The company is very accommodating and do a thorough job and listen to our requests. Kind and respectful employees.

Since we moved in our house 7 years ago for an ant infestation we have had no problems since. They come each month for to keep things maintained and there was one time, a gal let us know we had a family of birds in a tree and we’d all preferred to leave them be. They are a company of men and women who are good at their jobs, and care about the quality of work. Can’t imagine going anywhere else!

Everyone is so nice and professional, office staff when I call and technicians. We originally became customers for the environmentally friendly products used, to protect our dogs, ourselves, and the environment, but will continue because of the friendly people!

I have had Home Shield for years and have been very happy with your service until this last visit.
I had insecticide pellets all over my porch, sidewalk, and driveway, and I had to spray wash and clean all the cement surfaces around my house.

My son came over and had to clean his shoes as the little pellets were stuck on the soles of his sneakers. I hope you will use the pellets in the yard and not on the cement surfaces.
