The service is timely and efficient. We've had zero creepy-crawly encroachment since signing up with HomeShield. Have been using them for several years. We like the fact they use safe chemical products. Would score them 10, but they have stopped sending notifications about coming visits. They used to email, but now they just show up without notice. Not a big problem, but could be inconvenient at times.
