Every thing went well and no bugs
Your technicians are extremely polite and are able to do their job while dealing with our dogs. If they feel that the dogs might be in danger - they politely request me to bring them inside the house for a few hours. Always on time, professional, courteous and flexible!! Love your company!
The heads up you give via text or phone reminders. I can also call in between sessions if a particular bug starts coming in.
Joseph is one of the most conscientious and likable people we’ve had the pleasure of knowing. The communication we have with him is excellent. He’s considerate in that he always lets us know his ETA. And if he’s running late he immediately contacts us. We couldn’t ask for a better or more thorough exterminator!!!!
We were having an issue with rats in our garage. Homeshield immediately addressed the issue, sealed entry points off (exclusion work). We had Clark before and their representative, Brandon quoted us almost $16k, which included ripping out insulation that was fine and replacing it. Clark also missed multiple areas of potential entry points, so we could have paid $16k and ended up in the exact same position. Homeshield sent Michael out and he got the job done for under $2k. He even installed a free covering for the crawl space at no extra charge. It has been a few weeks and so far no rodent activity! I was so impressed with their company, I dropped Clark and switched over to their bi-monthly, routine pest service. The downside, they are a little more pricey when it comes to routine pest services, but the quality is there, so I’m okay with it. Also, the general phone number can be slow to talk to an agent, but other than that, we are very happy!
