I receive an email and a phone call prior to my scheduled service appointment. The phone call gives me an opportunity to tell them of any specific issues I may have that needs attention. I really appreciate the ability to provide any issues up front. The staff who provides the service is professional and covers all areas outside to clean up cobwebs and spray for potential issues.
I like that you come up with “solutions” need it a be stronger or a different ingredient, to solve our pest issue. Your team is knowledgeable and takes the time to address our concerns. You always answer the phone when we call and get us scheduled as soon as possible. Excellent customer service!!

The new tech, Leonard Garcia, listened to my concerns about the NO-SEE-UM insects that have plagued my backyard all summer. He stated he would do further research on the insects, consult with his supervisor and see what else can be done to help get rid of them.
