One of the many things I like is the communication for when someone will be arriving to perform our service. I get a text for when the service is scheduled, and on the day of service the technician sends a text ~30min before they arrive to our house. The previous company we used had horrible communication and was one of the reasons we left them.

The quickness of getting an appointment. The professionalism of the company and the attendants. They are very personable and provide you with information that will help you understand what is being done to your home. I mostly like how the company will remind you that you have a scheduled appointment via text and email and call. The attendant will do the same, notify you of their arrival. Communication is a huge key with your customers. Since I have been receiving service, I have not been swiping spider webs when I am leaving for work in the morning. Thank you.

I have been using Homeshield for 2 years now ever since they eradicated our mouse infestation. I switched from another company who could not fix our mouse issue.
