It was only our first ant treatment. Will seems very knowledgeable and told me he would do his best. I know it doesn’t work right away and we had to leave right when he arrived. I have waited a few days to write my review because of that to give the chemical a little time to start working. It definitely has begun to work. I am so happy and looking forward to not having to live on top of an ant hill.

Our technician Corey was very attentive and careful, answered all my questions, and took great care with the pest control application. He was mindful of my cats and my sensitivity to chemicals. I love that this company uses safe products. The people I spoke to on the phone were also great, very friendly and helpful. When the first person I talked to passed me to the person who could assess my needs and get the visit scheduled, he already knew pretty much everything I had told the first person I spoke to. They have very efficient info sharing. He had even looked up my address on Zillow to get a ballpark figure of the square footage. I am very impressed with all aspects of this company so far. A few ants still come in, but it's been super hot lately so I'm not surprised. It's definitely not as bad as it was, and I know that if I do decide that I need another treatment before the next scheduled appointment, they will come back for no charge.
