Julio and Corey came by our house to clear spider webs, spray for mosquitoes and other pests and did an amazing job. We noticed a lot of dead bugs around the perimeter and the house looked much cleaner without all the spider webs. Excited to be working with this company and having them maintain our property.

We had a flea infestation thanks to our neighbor's dog then the heat made it worse. I tried two different store bought outdoor flea sprays. Both did nothing. Home Shield took away the fleas in the back yard and inside the house. I will keep using this company for as long as we can (pending finances).

Gave options and listened to my priorities and concerns and established an appropriate plan for treatment. Responsive to special requests

I requested indoor and outdoor treatment with the last service. When the tech came he said that we needed to be out of the house for 2 hours (I had my grandbaby with me) which was contrary to what was told to me (and experienced) with the last tech. The previous tech told me that the chemical is safe enough that I can stay inside the house during the treatment. Anyway, current tech said that the policy has change since January 1. It would have been nice for your company to let the clients know of this change. Is it safe or is it not? Anyway, I will leave the premises if not safe but will have to plan it a bit better (i.e. not have any family with me).

You give me warning before coming and do a professional job spraying and dealing with our rat boxes.
