Your scheduling department needs WORK!! I called and scheduled a survey, then tank placement, then a tank fill. I did this three weeks out. The Monday came for the survey, a team was sent out to do a leak check, no word on Tuesday, Wednesday the truck came to fill the tank, there was no tank. I sat on hold for 45 minutes on Wednesday to finally get it all sorted out.
The techs that came to my house were true Professionals!!!! The fill truck driver was also a Pro!

Even though the website was not allowing me to schedule a delivery, when I called, the office personnel was friendly and took her time to listen and respond to my questions.

Had an issue getting my gas logs to light. I called and got an appointment for a service , they came out on time were very friendly professional and extremely helpful. They were able to solve my problem and were happy to do so. Great people all the way around.
Great timely service...
I had never used propane for my gas needs until I moved to Ellijay. Your tech, Brian, came this week to refill our propane tank. He was very courteous and allow me to observe as he explained refilling the tank. He provided me insight into the process and the reading of the valve.
