You have been gracious enough to offer a discount on price of propane due to the number of people you serve in our gated community. As well you offered an additional .25 cents per gallon discount to go ahead and top off early to be prepared for the upcoming colder weather when we will need to be start using our propane supply to heat our homes. Your delivery man showed up just a couple of days after i indicated to you to top me off in time to get the additional discount.

Everyone went above and beyond to get my gas set up to be moved and then moved back into place. Nikki was awesome and also the tech that came out and actually moved the gas tank and then returned it and hooked it back up for me !

I had an issue that I couldn't' seem to get resolved over the phone so I stopped by the Freemen shop in town and spoke with Tammy. She not only understood the issue, she new what to do about and it got resolved within about 24 hours. Additionally, she discounted my gas bill without my asking to make up for the difficulty I had previously.
