The employees have all been very nice, and professional. It was a bit difficult to reach the right people regarding a few things though. We still haven't heard when our gas is to be delivered as well. Thanks for the assistance!
I contacted them to install a fire pit gas line and the guys came out, but didn’t have the correct fittings for my size pit, so they left. I figured I would have to chase them like practically every other tradespeople I deal with but they showed back up a few days later without prompting and installed everything perfectly! Impressive guys!

I was unable to contact the Ellijay office. Contacted another phone number that was on the recorded message. After the third attempt, was able to speak with an employee. There was an issue in confirming that I was the customer requesting a refill on the propane tank. Once resolved, the tank was refilled.
I appreciate that price match for loyal customers and the guy that came to fill my tank after I let it go to zero was so helpful. He went through my appliances with me to make sure they all worked properly and the fireplace was causing a bit of a struggle at it took about 10 min of letting the air out before the gas came through again. I’ll make sure to never let it go to zero again.

Great customer service! I was able to reach a living and helpful representative by phone. Our gas order was delivered the next day!
Pretty simple and straight forward. Had an inspector perform a leak check with no issues and the truck came the next day and filled the tank. The prices were reasonable and competitive. I'm happy with everything except that I only use the gas to cook, so it takes over 3 years to need more. After 18 months my account was deleted. Hopefully, maybe Freeman gas can put my account into a holding status or something instead of needing to start over again next time. I am happy with Freeman and I plan on using your services again. Just a suggestion to make things easier next time.
