Quick response to my urgent need for propane when another provider kept me waiting for delivery for 23 days after I ordered and paid for it. Driver was nice. The price was about $1.00 per gallon higher than the company that kept delaying my delivery which when filling my 500 gallon tank is a lot of money-over $300.00 more. Since we own our tank I go with the company with the lowest price so if you are lowest I will go with you, if not, then I won't.

The office ladies are pleasant and helpful, they always answer our questions and schedule quick deliveries when needed. The delivery driver comes and goes with no problems. We have pre purchased propane for the winter and think the price and security are great.

The local service. Local personnel, Sandy in the Ellijay office, the delivery folks, are wonderful. The corporate personnel answering the phone (if and when they ulktimately answer) are terrible and if that were the extent of my experience with Superior Propane, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND EVER TO ANYONE. Since the purchase by Superior, the ability to access Freemand Gas has significantly diminished. Superior is the worst thing that has happened to Freeman Gas. Only the local personnel keep me as a customer. High marks to the locals and boo to the ownership.
