The efficiency and ease of ordering propane is great! I called and spoke to an actual person who gave me pricing and placed my order with an approximate date for delivery within minutes. The order was filled well within the dates given, with a follow up text of delivery and an invoice.

We are relatively new to propane. We’ve owned our new home about six months now. We had always had natural gas. Unfortunately, we were unaware that we needed to closely monitor our tank. And, unfortunately, we ran completely out of propane.
So, of course, I started panic calling every propane supplier that might service us. Most companies were less than enthusiastic to help us. However, you not only heard our plea but labeled us as “URGENT” and actually filled our tank the very next day! We are grateful! Thank you!
