The staff ! We always come back to i9 at Eppler school because we love the safe environment that the staff create and care to maintain. Kids learn sports, have fun and make new friends every season.
We love i9 and have played with you guys for several years now. Both of our boys are having a blast in soccer this year and my husband is enjoying coaching as he always does too!
One thing I wanted to mention is that we have had some inconsistent experiences with refs this season. Some are great and super attentive. One in particular (I’m not sure of her name) is less enthusiastic and not so on top of the game and the kids. She went two weeks without a whistle, so that was tough for the kids to hear when play was being stopped. She also doesn’t call out players using their hands or getting aggressive. We had one game in particular with one player who was doing a lot of pushing and shoving the other kids. The coaches on our team were aware of it and trying to help, but the ref didn’t say anything or do anything to comment on or help prevent this behavior.
In general, we have had a great experience with i9 and will definitely continue to play - just thought the inconsistent ref experience was worth bringing to your attention!

Inclusivity, non-pressure environment
I like the shorter season and the practices and games on the same day.
Coaching perfect for the kids and set up for them to learn and compete.
Proximity to my home and the couches and assistants are enthusiastic and try and get the kids into the game
There's a variety of sports available for my kids to try and see what may interest them.
We have enjoyed our second season of T-ball and look forward to doing it again in the spring!
The coaches are positive and helpful. The environment is inviting. Volunteer coaches integrate seamlessly with paid coaches.
