Customer Testimonials
The coaches were great teachers for young basketball players just starting out. They started on time and made it fun for everyone. Everything seemed organized compared to other leagues
They are only on weekends, very organized
Practices are held the same day as games. Everyone gets to play.
A lot of options
I like that i9 programs are not so intense - particularly for this age 4-5. I hate when kids get burned out before they love the sport. I also love the focus on sportsmanship
I love how flexible it is , how practices and games are on the same day and location, makes it easier for busy parents! I also love the price it is really fair and not too expensive .
We loved the organization of the program and communication to the parents. The coaches were very supportive and showed great effort to all the players.
Easy schedule, like that the practice is before game, nice coaches, affordable.
The staff!
They are great with the kids and make a safe and welcoming environment for the kids to have fun.
Coach Twigg is awesome!
Extremely well organized, fantastic communication, we always know ahead of time what jersey to wear and what field to play on. Coaches are 10/10 great. Refs are SO good with the kids.
Great care for the kids and great staff!
Good experience for the value. Staff is helpful and professional. Coaches are great too! All around a wonderful experience to allow kids to find out what team sports they want to pursue.
I like that there are laid out practices and lessons for the day. The baseball layout of practice and game in one day is nice.
The i9 Volleyball program is amazing. We are participating in our second volleyball season. My daughter (current 4th grader) was assigned two amazing coaches during her first season and we were grateful to be able to request them as coaches again. Season two has really been building on her skills from season one.
The location, atmosphere, energy, skill building, on the spot coaching, engagement between the girls on the team it's all been amazing.
We hope to continue with the i9 program.
The practices are on the weekend instead of during the week. It's not time consuming. Its easy to sign up. I wish they were taught a little more.
I love the sportsmanship and teamwork that the children learn.
Tennis has been a great experience for us - coach Chris knows his sport and also meets the kids where they are!
Team building and help build character
The site manager at Montessori School of Raleigh is amazing. She sets the tone of how i9 is supposed to feel. As for the league itself, it is a tremendous way to be inclusive of all athletes. I do think teams should be as random as possible so as teams that have experience together outside of i9 learn from others. It is very difficult for first timers and teams that don’t know each other to compete with teams that already have chemistry.
Practice/games in one day
Coaches Matthew and Andrew Mastrapa were great! They taught the kids basketball fundamentals as well as sportsmanship. If they coach again, we’ll definitely sign up.
The organization and practices are attached to game day!
One day a week with games following the practice. Referee and coaches are good.
Well organized, easy app for schedule and updates.
Coach Johnny is really great at keeping the kids engaged and focused while making it fun regardless of the weather conditions!
I like that it’s not a during the week and does not take up a lot of time.
We have really enjoyed i9 so far. We love the combination of practice and game all in the same day.
Great coaching (Coach Chris), and a low pressure environment that is conducive to learning and building confidence.

All well organized it keep our kids motivated to continue
