It's all OK. Oil service on contract is just fine. Suggestions for preventive maintenance have been sensible and timely, not oversold. Sometimes communication from an initial inquiry through to scheduling service is a little clunky and disjointed. I call, I talk with someone who can't confirm a service date immediately, then a day or two later I get a text or email that has set up a service visit window without making sure someone is available at home. So far it has worked out ok. Have not required emergency service.

We know we are in excellent hands and that is comforting to us "older" folks!

What I REALLY dont like are the add-ones with oil delivery….Hazmat Fee and Fuel Recovery Fee. Build it into the price which is among the highest in the area. Service is very good.

We’ve been customers for 29 years… Your on call and scheduled services are exceptional, always informative, professional and clean. I’m not a fan of your call in services though. You need to reevaluate a better flow and communications for your committed customers.
