The young man that came out knocked on my door introduce his self told me he was from termini and what he was going to do. Very polite, let me know when he finished , and what he saw. I would like to keep him coming to my house for my service if possible.

I enjoy the Terminix’s commitment to their customers like me! I didn’t have to call to set up my follow-up appointment. I received notifications by email to reminding me that I should call to set up my follow-up appointment, but I was so busy that I didn’t get to do it. So, Terminix called me instead and we were able to schedule my follow-up appointment! However, on my follow-up day, I had an emergency a few hours before my appointment time, and Terminix was so understanding and accommodating that we were able to reschedule my follow-up appointment four days later.
If you want the best quality of service, then stop wasting your time and money on other companies and get Terminix! My name is John Miller, and I approve this message!!!
