I have had a problem for many years with my property being as two residence my house and barn being billed $800.00 for 8 years which were the same address and property. The only 2 people that have tried to solve it is Thomas and Dillion. I am still waiting for it to get resolved and I won’t have to pay double for the same property a year! I should be refunded for paying double or done free service. That is the only problem that I have occurred with this company. I have been with them over 20 years. Hopefully it will get resolved and be billed as one property and same address. I think this was not right! Thank you Thomas and Dillion for all your help. Let’s see if it gets completed,

The people that treat termite control...The man that installed the bait stations in 2025...I was involved and he accomplished the distances we agreed on and baited them.,,,also the guy (Bryan) who came to inspect the termite damage (if any) in 2026...I am aware that the likely guy to check and rebait the stations will return soon to complete the annual maintenance for termite control.
Technician was skilled and pleasant.
Friendliness and Efficiency
Great customer service. Their technician Dillon went above and beyond with service he saw a leak at my pump house and contacted me, because of him I was able to contact repair and get the leak fixed. The Fort Mill branch is lucky to have such a conscientious technician.
Technician was on time and explained what he would be doing and where. He completed his inspection and filled the bait canisters and also went under house to inspect. Rang the doorbell to inform me he was finished and saw no concerns and asked if I had any questions and told me to have a good day.
Doug, tech did our quarterly treatment yesterday & he did a great job. It is always a pleasure with Doug.
