Our Terminix technician was absolutely wonderful! She was on time, very friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly. She made sure all of our concerns were addressed and went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable with the service. It’s not often you meet someone who is both professional and personable, but she managed to be both.
