I enjoy the Terminix’s commitment to their customers like me! I didn’t have to call to set up my follow-up appointment. I received notifications by email to reminding me that I should call to set up my follow-up appointment, but I was so busy that I didn’t get to do it. So, Terminix called me instead and we were able to schedule my follow-up appointment! However, on my follow-up day, I had an emergency a few hours before my appointment time, and Terminix was so understanding and accommodating that we were able to reschedule my follow-up appointment four days later.

The services really work!I have absolutely no issues with bugs/critters showing up around my house since my service rep, Bryan, comes quarterly. I appreciate his friendly manner and his complete attention to detail. Always look forward to his visits.
