Product quality. What I didn’t like was the store service. The bike needed an adjustment and after several attempts from the Tech, I ended to do the adjustment by my self at my home.

The purchasing process is how shopping online should was meant to be - easy and simple. The quality of the Trek brand is outstanding. The price was on point. The delivery of the bike exceeded what I had experienced from other brands. The setup and tuning is included. It was provided by a local Trek dealer, Trek Lee's Summit. These are professionals and bike enthusiasts, who specialize in everything Trek. Pickup was incredible. The bike was ready as promised. The way I was treated from click to delivery by the guys at Trek and Trek Lee's Summit, is the reason I'll only own a Trek. Amazing.

I purchased this road bike for the first time and my first ride in it was amazing. Bike is light weight and easy to maneuver. Shifting of gears is smooth and easy to adapt. Bike also has a storage pouch I which I could hold my large Samsung S23 ultra smart phone while on ride. Online purchase was easy. The local store in Batavia, IL (Praire path bikes) were quite supportive as well and delivered Bike on my requested date along with good pedals which does not come with the Bike.
