I love meditation with Jean. This location is a bit further, but the class is worth it and I try to come every week.

I love the Y & their staff. Can’t say enough good things about the facility.

However - the poor etiquette by people in the sauna/steam room is frustrating. I’ve stopped using it because of it.

Melia Perchman, the Director, does a wonderful job managing the swim schedules and instructors. The instructors are friendly and professional, fostering a positive environment for everyone.

I like the opportunity for swim instructions outside of the swim team. The swim team is too much of a commitment. I wish they Y had a recreational swim team, something inbetween the lessons and the swim team.

I was a member for 2 years until my insurance switched to Silver Sneakers. I can't begin to tell you how disappointed I was. I gave it a try but did not like the program at all. I came back to the Y and am happy I did. The instructors in the Senior fitness class are the best, each class is different and they keep it interesting. Tracy also has a very good class that I have taken a few times. Everyone is friendly and you can count on the entire staff for help. I am Happy to be back!!!
