We LOVE our Old Bridge YMCA. Love all the classes and instructors.
The Y has everything you need to stay in shape. I love that I can swim one day. weight train another day, or take one of many classes. The facilities are always clean and the staff is friendly and helpful.

I enjoy using the Y in old bridge it’s always great! the only thing that I would say could make someone second guess is the man who sometimes works the front desk. I believe his name is Hugh , he means well but can come across very rude and impatient.

Old Bridge YMCA is my go to for my fitness goals. The weights and machines are modern and easy to use. The staff always greets me with a hello and a smile.

There is everything I need a the Y ! So many options and activities all at a great price. I use the pool for my rehabilitation needs plus there are pool classes … I use the machines to strengthen and take classes taught by knowable instructors . I am very impressed and happy I joined !
