Very friendly staff. Clean facility. Even the members are nice! Everyone makes it feel so welcoming and to me, that’s a big thing. I’ve always been self conscious on going to the gym, but not here. I actually look forward to going.

A great facility, clean, equipment up to date, and staff available to help with any questions regarding operating any equipment. A plus for me is the hot tub and especially the steam rooms.

Love the new sauna and the lifeguard ( i forget his name but black 19 year old) and worked Saturday. He stayed on top of kids running and was very friendly to chat too. I was wondering if there doing the floor of sauna?? No worries, appreciate of what's been done but was just wondering. Thanks for keeping things going
** I think you should put a sign that the sauna closes by itself. Alot of people are pulling shut because of the old one being broken.
