Everyone are happy, help or answer questions with that smile …. Hard to come by sometimes but boy, smiles make things pretty much go your way, especially when exercising !

Love the pool for lap lane swimming. Most days, I'm able to get a lane to swim.
The young man at the front desk always has a positive and motivational comment every morning at 5am. Some days I am sore (or still sleepy) and contemplate going back home, but he ALWAYS offers a motivational word to push me toward my fitness goals and it is MUCH appreciated.
