Consistency. Each time we attend (3 times a week) we are greeting by the same staff and others who usually work at this time.

Always clean. Need more lifeguards. Need to focus on hiring ones that will work early. Front desk even at 5am is nice and welcoming. Mattie makes the location. She's the main reason I come there. She needs a raise.

Everybody is nice and the equipment is very good.
I did not have my card, but they allowed me in with just my ID. The staff was very helpful and friendly, and they were supporting recent college graduates from their Center. That was a very good thing to see.

Love the pool with it's old deep end. Mattie is a treasure, and the rest of the staff including the young life guards are exceptionally kind and considerate.
