Most gyms are very uncomfortable and unwelcoming, but I don’t feel that here. All of the staff are so friendly, and I appreciate the ease of scheduling sessions with the trainer and the availability of services.

Have been part of this place since 2001 and recently brought you 2 more members this month. Love the classes for seniors and tai chi and the water aerobics. Every body bring a friend. I became a member when my friend invited me to tai chi. 👌🥋

Cordova Y has a track, a basketball gym (though it's often in use for classes), and tennis courts.
