Even though it was a little cold both lifeguards set up guarded us to swim for 30 mintes water temperature was perfect also the place is immaculate

It has a great family feeling environment I have. Deb a member since it was the Cordova Athletic club . I got my membership when I was about 15 years old my Dad had us on a family plan. My father and mother both past away but I feel the Spirit when I come here . The gym has always been there for me I also became a personal trainer. But now I have had Health issues lately and I loss my job so I put my account on hold. And I don’t think I can afford my membership anymore. So I might have to cancel after the hold is over . But I will talk everyone I know how great this place is .

What did you like about your Y experience?

I joined this place 22 years ago especially because of tai chi. Have participated in many other activities such as yoga,. Water aerobics,line dancing, spinning, weights We no longer have a teacher for tai chi but would like for the Y to help us find one. We are now working out in the gym every week day at 8 am. when there are no other classes scheduled.
