Staff is most helpful. Very kind, polite and listens to you. Areas not always the cleanest, but staff has come to clean whenever instructor has asked them to do so.

I absolutely love this gym. My husband and I always feel so happy and welcomed when we go. It's also extremely clean and they have virtually all of the equipment you'll ever need. I can't recommend it enough.

I've been with the Y for over 13 years. It's like a second home and the employee's treat you like family. This Includes the fun teasing/banter and encouragement always offered. I've visited several locations and Cordova has always been superior in the number of classes offered but all locations have been welcoming and friendly. It doesn't matter what level your fitness capabilities are. The classes work for all and the people are all accepting and encouraging. It's really hard to keep active working on your own, but a friend and support is always found at the Y!
I like all the amenities! Moreover, our current GM is an excellent fit! He’s personable, kind, and energetic. He’s all the things I hope to find at a Christian athletic facility.

I’m a mom and having the 2 hours of childcare at this Y so I can be in classes and have some time just for me has been awesome. The workers are so great with the kids and always have planned activities and interesting new ways to engage the kids. My family loves using the pool in the summer and we look forward the Parents Night Out events each month. The Power40 classes and studio are the best and like nothing I’ve seen in any other YMCA. There’s a huge variety of classes so it’s easy to find what you’re looking for and make friends since everyone is so nice.
