This is the first time I've been at Parkview YMCA. Upon arriving, I found it esthetically pleasing both inside and outside. The Enhanced Fitness class was enjoyable and Alyssa, Instructor was very knowledgeable and made the class fun. In addition, the women in the class were friendly and helpful.
First time using a class. Seniors exercise class led by Alysa. She was helpful, encouraging, kind, caring and patient.

Good selection of exercise equipment. It’s well maintained, convenient and has ample parking.
I’m so grateful to have the YMCA so close to my home. I’ve taken advantage of the indoor and outdoor trails for 3 years now. The pool is phenomenal and the classes are geared to different levels of ability. No reason to not stay active and focus on health and fitness.
The staff is very helpful and is always working to make shure everyone is happy with the facility and that the facility is clean.
Everyone is very friendly, helpful, and there to lead us. The equipment is well cared for, and the staff helps with everything. The trainers are excellent.

They offer so many classes that I’m interested in.
Child care staffs are excellent. Professional, educated and most importantly, treat the kids like their own. They even perform different activities with them. I love the fact that they branches all over the city. I also adults activities like yoga, swimming, indoor pool, sauna, Zumba class etc.

I love Aleasa’s spin classes at Parkview Y. I love the friends I’ve made that keep me accountable. Can’t miss a class without hearing from my classmates. This keeps me coming. Aleasa is real and really pushes you. She has great energy and is so fun! I love her playlists 😊. It’s loud and helps me get in my zone. You can tell she puts a lot of time and effort into her workouts. On Tuesday and Thursday evenings, we lift weights after spin. She mixes it up to keep us on our toes! I feel like I can push myself but also she gives us modifications if we can’t do something.
