My wife and I have been so thankful for all of the staff we have met there. We miss Heidi and John and their pleasant help during the morning. Tonya and Erin are always pleasant. We are also grateful for the morning lifeguards in the pool. My wife has benefited from the personal coaching she has received there on more than one occasion. Now that we find ourselves in our seventies, we find keeping moving more important than ever.
Keep equipment in good working order and facility clean. Plenty of staff around to provide a sense of safety. Friendly staff. Lots of good programs for all ages and health conditions.
Would prefer you would go back to the previous method of towels and spray where we could pick it up at a table upon arriving and place used spray on the desk when leaving and used towels in bins. With the current method, we cannot be sure that the old spray bottle and towels have been handled properly by prior users.

The instructors at specifically parkview ymca are experienced and good at pushing without going too far. They expect the kids to pay attention and respect them which helps everyone have fun and learn well. Just the right about of understanding and firmness

We are relatively new Y members. My kids are nervous in unfamiliar places but have had a great time in child watch every time they’ve gone. Thanks for blessing our family!
The splash park was nice and the water there was warm! The pool was cooler and the area for littles to swim was a bit small and the lifeguard did not enforce the rules of letting kids in life jackets swim on the other side of the rope. This was an issue because my nephew was asking me why they were allowed to but he wasn’t. While I appreciate their flexibility, it’s hard to explain to a child.
I like almost everything but it is frustrating when the steam room is closed
there is a great variety of work out equipment, staff is friendly,
there is a broad feeling of fellow members are nice and friendly .
I'm very pleased with the new feature allowing after-hours access to the Y, because I no longer have to arrange my schedule around the Y's hours. Also, it's less crowded and I don't have to wait to use exercise machines.
Excellent staff clean facilities
I like the Elliptical bikes. I also like to walk along the track upstairs.
The employees are always friendly and willing to help if needed.
The treadmill machines were not very crowded at the time that I attended on the various days. That is the only equipment I used during those visits. In the future, I intend to use more of the weight machines.

We love child watch. My kids are 6 and 8. Their only complaint recently is that the toys are mostly geared towards younger kids and toddlers.
