The young man who scanned my card was very cordial and helpful. I had a question and the lady at the desk was busy. He answered it for me. The indoor track was not busy at the time I went to walk.

My son enjoys the time one-on-one time the swim instructor gives to him, helping him develop his skills.
The facility is very clean and not overly crowded. I see a lot of familiar faces. The pool is always in great condition. There was much improvement in the Sauna and steam rooms. The temperature of the steam room is improving. The maintenance and cleaning teams did a fantastic job.
The staff are great! My kiddo loves the play area and goes to after school Y care. She's always disappointed to have to leave. Yhe staff are so nice and always good about updating us on anything.

I am a total larynectomie and there for the steam.room is a huge help with needing moisture through my stoma . The steam room helps tremendously with that particular problem and helps with retaining to much fluid, helps get rid of toxins ect
I only use he pool- which I love !! Adult locker rooms are so nice , good availability of lap lanes when I need them . My only complaint is the temperature of the hot tub. I understand it’s a Board of Health issue but it feels barely warm and not hot .

Convenience and availability of classes. Everything is clean and well maintained. Excellent facility and staff. We've been members since the opening many years ago. I do have one question; I've noticed at other YMCA's, such as Auburn, Indianapolis, there are various banners or music that share positive love-and-acceptance-based messages including non-offensive scripture verses. But our Y seems to be devoid of a lot of this. If our mission is to "..put Christian principles into practice" could we do similar things? I'm not any more ashamed of having quotes by people like Jesus, Peter and Paul than I am about so many other positive current secular people in our culture. I'm OK with also quoting Taylor Swift, Snoop Dogg, Gandhi, or anyone else as well. Please take this in the positive intent with which it was intended! I just sense that maybe we're afraid the Christian principles will offend someone even if they come from Jesus himself. Thanks for running an excellent facility. Note; I am 'not' and angry person :)
I enjoy the water classes. Alessa does a great job. The staff is friendly and welcoming.
The swim instructors did such a fantastic job teaching. They used the time effectively. They were also friendly with kids.
Toby is more confident. The class has been positive and encouraging.
Our Granddaughter is improving so much with the swim lessons.
