The onboarding talks with staff to find the right 'fit' (classes, individual fitness program, social activities offered, etc, ) and the follow-up meeting to answer additional questions and give redirection if needed.
When I said that I was more interested in group classes at my initial meeting, my next meeting was with Alesia who is an instructor, and she gave me great direction. I attend one of her classes and she is amazing! The time goes by so quickly.

I like being able to go at all hours. Much more convenient than making my schedule fit your schedule.
I also like the new signs on equipment, telling people to be respectful of other people's time. the graphic with a slash through it is much more direct than the previous signage. Still a problem with people on their phones, but the new signs may be reducing this.

Staff is friendly, facility is clean and well kept, a nice variety of exercise equipment.
Overall a pleasant environment for me to exercise.
There is plenty of equipment to use. Rarely do I have to wait to use a machine. The workout area is always clean and orderly. The staff is helpful and friendly.
Several but mostly for staff/volunteers who accommodate members’ needs! Also, this location is very convenient for me👍
I love the variety of classes available and so many choices based on levels of fitness. As an added benefit, I have made a lot of friends while improving my health and fitness. The staff at the DuPont Y is always so helpful and friendly. A total win: exercise I enjoy, fun, friends, and health benefits!
Facility is clean, welcoming, and equipment is excellent and in good repair.
It's a healthy way to create and build community with all walks of life, ethnicity and ages. There's something for everyone - You just have to look and see what's in it for you and also see how you can give back too. This particular Y has a unique layout inside and out and it's landscaping is beautiful.... Thank you Parkview Y!

I love enhance fitness classes
My wife and I walked outside! And came in to use the bathroom. For once staff didn't recognize who I was, but you guys seemed busy! Hi Dom and Amy!

Friendly people and staff
Very friendly staff! Linda always greets you with a smile and a hello when you come in. The other guys that work the Membership Desk early in the AM are also very friendly and welcoming!

I love the pickleball courts. So nice that they have 5 courts! Not a lot of down time. Very friendly staff!

I like the enhanced fitness classes. It pushes me to exercise harder and I know it helps my balance and stamina I love the camaraderie of the women in the class and the instructors
