I have been going to the Parkview Y off Dupont Road for three years now. The facility and equipment are fantastic as are all the staff members at this facility. Love the flexibility of the facility availability hours and now recently 24 hour availability.

What I really like about the Y:
The instructors, workers, people who are working out (everyone is so friendly) and the really good friends I have made.
I love that the Y is easily accessed - It is an easy drive, plenty of parking, the entry way is pleasant, welcoming, uncluttered. People with different types of conditions are able to use the facility with modifications or adjustments. They work hard to make it accessable for all.
The instructors are knowledgeable, motivational, encouraging, and have a good knowledge of the attendees needs and wants.
The facilities provide everything I need to work out and also to get ready for work, if necessary.
Great staff and always a clean environment. I like the 24/7 availability of the Dupont location.
Only issue is those members who sit on a workout stand and are on their cell phone instead of using the equipment .

My wife and I have been so thankful for all of the staff we have met there. We miss Heidi and John and their pleasant help during the morning. Tonya and Erin are always pleasant. We are also grateful for the morning lifeguards in the pool. My wife has benefited from the personal coaching she has received there on more than one occasion. Now that we find ourselves in our seventies, we find keeping moving more important than ever.
Keep equipment in good working order and facility clean. Plenty of staff around to provide a sense of safety. Friendly staff. Lots of good programs for all ages and health conditions.
Would prefer you would go back to the previous method of towels and spray where we could pick it up at a table upon arriving and place used spray on the desk when leaving and used towels in bins. With the current method, we cannot be sure that the old spray bottle and towels have been handled properly by prior users.

Love the wide array of options for different forms of exercise. The facility is kept clean and the employees are very friendly and helpful. Also, I like that it is a family oriented organization. Thank you!
Flexibility
Environment is far better than Jorgensen (less classes) teacher actually works with students
The instructors at specifically parkview ymca are experienced and good at pushing without going too far. They expect the kids to pay attention and respect them which helps everyone have fun and learn well. Just the right about of understanding and firmness
Overall great value and great experience for the summer.
We are relatively new Y members. My kids are nervous in unfamiliar places but have had a great time in child watch every time they’ve gone. Thanks for blessing our family!
The splash park was nice and the water there was warm! The pool was cooler and the area for littles to swim was a bit small and the lifeguard did not enforce the rules of letting kids in life jackets swim on the other side of the rope. This was an issue because my nephew was asking me why they were allowed to but he wasn’t. While I appreciate their flexibility, it’s hard to explain to a child.
I like almost everything but it is frustrating when the steam room is closed
The pool, steam room and sauna are great! Need more open lanes for laps in the pool in the morning. Other than that, I enjoy the Y
