Water exercise
The pool played awesome music of John Denver and the Sound of Bread. I grew up with this favorite music so it was a breath of fresh air while having fun with my grandkids! My youngest granddaughter at 18 months did not have the right lifejacket on and a pool guard noticed it right away and brought over a better one that we used the same one the next day when we went back. My daughter and I were grateful for the lifeguard's kindness.
My Silver Sneakers Class is family! I get the socialization, balance exercises and other exercises I need.
People are friendly and easy to get around the building
Everything is kept up extremely well. Everything is clean and inviting. Every staff member I have had the pleasure of dealing with is always courteous and helpful. Wonderful place to get my workouts in.

I love the warm water pool to exercise in. Also, the showers are always clean and the staff at the front desk are always very welcoming.

I was welcomed back in a very heartfelt and warm way. The staff knows me as I used to work there and it was so nice to be welcomed back so kindly. They were fine with me setting and waiting in the lounge area while waiting for the physical therapy place to reopen after their lunch.

I line TNT but it gets too crowded at times and then not enough equipment.
I go to Silvers sneakers 3 times a week and enjoy it so much. Jodi is such a good leaders ( even if she gets alittle smile on when she introduces new moves.) I also love the fact that the Y is always so clean and that everyone is so friendly!
