That there are a great number of ways to exercise. Walk the track ride a bike use the treadmill also the stepper and more. Get motivated by the things you can accomplish by going to the Y Try it and see what difference it can make

The one on one attn
The instructors are great. My kids real enjoy swim lessons and have learned a lot! Special shout out to Deb. She really does a phenomenal job with the kids!
