Great class options -
I am at the Y 5 days a week most every week. Usually in and out by 9:00am. Sometimes the demand for aerobic fitness equipment is quite high. The weekday early morning staff are great! Friendly and helpful. High marks to them!!!
I like this Y because it is close to home and the people that work there are friendly. I have a “crew” there.
