Shauna, our Cardio Drumming Class Instructor makes this class so fun. I also enjoy Shauna’s water aerobic class on Friday mornings.
My husband and I are able to use the walking track and treadmills, etc.
There are classes available and use of the pools.
Are 7 and 10 year old granddaughters enjoy visiting. They enjoy the pool.
